This 60-minute, one-on-one session looks beyond grades and school performance to assess the real-world skills that make students more independent, hireable, and able to stand out. It is an assessment-oriented session with a guided debrief focused on how a student currently functions in areas such as risk-taking, problem-solving, independence, and execution.
You will leave with a clearer picture of strengths, patterns that may be limiting growth, and 2–3 specific skill areas to build through the ARISE Action Package.
